My name is Aynsley B Finlay, and I am the Principal of Brock-Stevens Development.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been driven by one simple principle: leave things better than I found them.
That guiding compass has shaped my life and ultimately led me to the world of real estate development —specifically, the revitalization of historic buildings. There’s a certain beauty in breathing new life into structures that have stood for generations — honoring their past while creating a meaningful future for the communities they serve.
My Experience
I am a commercial real estate professional with over 20 years of experience spanning development, asset management, underwriting, and operations. I have led urban infill redevelopment projects, managed mixed-use assets, and underwritten complex deals in both primary and secondary markets.
As an active real estate investor with projects across the U.S., I bring a deep understanding of the financial metrics that drive performance and value. I earned her Master’s in Commercial Real Estate with a focus in Finance from Georgetown University, received my undergraduate degree from UNC Chapel Hill, and currently serves as COO of EntityKeeper, a platform supporting real estate investors and institutions.
